A North Carolina native, Will grew up primarily in Concord. He attended Cabarrus Academy (now Cannon School), Northwest Cabarrus High School, and Wingate University. A summer job led to a ten-year career in the restaurant industry, where he excelled, and was promoted from line cook to General Manager in just 2 years time.
A family interest in Commercial Real Estate inspired Will to pursue a career change. For nearly two decades, Will has been involved with Property Management, Leasing, Tenant relations, and all of the administrative duties that accompany those duties.
Will, his wife Deana, and their daughter continue to live in Concord, and they both lovingly tolerate his attempts to be a better guitarist. Will also enjoys rooting for the Panthers and Hornets and watching and attending NASCAR races and concerts.
