What do you enjoy most about your role?
“I like to identify solutions to complex problems and putting the pieces of the puzzle together to get what is best for my clients. But mostly I enjoy helping my team build their careers—teaching mentoring and sharing what I have learned over the years.”
Doug’s a deep, strategic thinker with a real knack for photography. A Framingham State University (Massachusetts) graduate with a BS in Software Engineering, he spent 20 years at Staples, Inc., working in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Doug first encountered New Branch (Harris Morrison Company at that time) while personally investing in commercial property in the Concord area. He formed a real connection with Mark and Harris, and after securing his real estate license, he joined the company in 2012.
Married with two children, Doug relishes spending time with his family, hiking, and enjoying nature while behind his Nikon camera.
