Garret earned his General Contractor’s license in 2002 and launched a construction business focused on tenant improvements for real estate investment firms. That work quickly expanded into ground-up construction and later commercial real estate development. Today, Garret is known for managing projects from concept to completion, building strong, locally skilled teams, and delivering results that maximize return on investment without compromising quality.  

Over the years, Garret has led projects for clients such as FedEx, Polo, 3M, Mitsubishi, and many others with expertise spanning Flex, Industrial, Logistics, Healthcare, Education, Data Centers, and Manufacturing. 

Garret serves on the board of Wings of Eagles Ranch, a nonprofit his family founded to provide therapeutic programs for individuals with special needs, and is also on the board of directors for SwimMAC Carolina.  When he’s not working, Garret enjoys time with his wife, Kathy, and their three daughters.
