Andrew Castrodale

BROKER, NAVY VETERAN, ENTREPRENEUR

What do you enjoy most about your role?

“Problem solving. Digging deep into a client’s needs and helping them find the right fit can set up that company and their employees for years of success.”

Andrew grew up in Concord and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, he worked in the concrete industry for a few years before joining the Navy as a Submarine Officer, completing tours on the USS SPRINGFIELD and at the Pentagon. Following his service in the military, Andrew founded Nautilus Materials, where he worked to develop a process to convert coal waste into concrete. He later earned an MBA at the Darden School of Business and joined New Branch in 2020.

Andrew and his wife, Page, have four kids who ensure the Castrodale home is never quiet or boring. When he’s not coaching a basketball team or volunteering as a city leader with Bunker Labs, Andrew enjoys being outside with his family, reading, and watching Carolina basketball.

“Ours is a really great culture. We all feed off of each other. We all share with each other. We all learn from each other. Everybody’s willing to do that.”
